Terms of Service

01 Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Pulsehub you confirm that you can form a binding contract and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use Pulsehub on behalf of an organisation, you accept these Terms for that organisation.

02 Description of the service

Pulsehub is a marketing-automation and customer-data platform providing omnichannel campaigns (email, SMS, Viber, WhatsApp), segmentation, lead scoring, analytics, and related features. We may update, add, or remove features over time.

03 Accounts & security

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping credentials confidential, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

04 Acceptable use

You agree not to use Pulsehub to:

• send unsolicited or unlawful messages, spam, or content that violates any law or third-party rights;
• infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights;
• attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the platform or its data.

05 Meta & third-party integrations

When you connect Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp Business accounts, you must comply with the applicable Meta Terms, Platform Terms, and messaging policies (including the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy). You are responsible for obtaining any consents required to message the contacts you engage through these channels. We may suspend integrations that violate these terms.

06 Customer data & responsibilities

You retain ownership of the data you upload or capture. You represent that you have the legal basis and consents needed to process it, and you appoint Ultrasoft as a processor to handle it in accordance with our Privacy Policy and any data-processing agreement between us.

07 Intellectual property

Pulsehub, its software, and its branding are owned by Ultrasoft Systems. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform; no other rights are granted.

08 Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

09 Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ultrasoft Systems is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the platform.

10 Term & termination

You may stop using Pulsehub at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or applicable law. On termination we handle your data as described in the Privacy Policy and Data Deletion Instructions.

11 Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of North Macedonia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Skopje.

12 Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
