Is the AI Assistant included in every account?
The AI Assistant is available on accounts where it is switched on. Ask us and we’ll check what fits your account.
What is MCP?
MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an open standard that lets AI assistants connect to other software. With Pulsehub’s MCP server, an assistant such as Claude or ChatGPT can read and work with your Pulsehub data. It is switched on per account, on request.
Can the AI send or change anything on its own?
No. The AI Assistant prepares drafts for you to review, and over MCP every change is shown as a preview and saved only after you confirm it. Each user can also switch reads or writes off.
Which AI models does Pulsehub use?
Today Pulsehub works with DeepSeek, OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic and Kimi, or any OpenAI-compatible endpoint, set up per account. Pulsehub AI, our own model, is being built to take over that role.
What is Pulsehub AI?
Pulsehub AI is our own model, in development, that will become the assistant inside Pulsehub and work across the whole platform without an outside AI provider. Ask for early access.
