Last updated 29 October 2026Scope Pulsehub platform and its Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok integrations

Pulsehub is an all-in-one marketing-automation and customer-data platform operated by Ultrasoft Systems, an IT and custom-software company based in Skopje, North Macedonia. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard personal data when you use the Pulsehub platform and its integrations with Meta products (Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp Business), LinkedIn and TikTok, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), applicable North Macedonian law, the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies, the LinkedIn API Terms of Use and the TikTok Developer Terms of Service.

01 Who we are

Ultrasoft Systems is the provider of Pulsehub. For data that our business customers upload or process through the platform, Ultrasoft acts as a data processor on their behalf; the customer is the data controller. For data about our own account holders and website visitors, Ultrasoft acts as the data controller.

02 Information we collect

We collect only the data needed to provide the service:

  • Account data — name, business email, company, and login credentials of platform users.
  • Customer & contact data — the contacts, leads, and campaign data our customers import or capture (name, email, phone, messaging identifiers, engagement events).
  • Usage & technical data — log data, device/browser type, IP-derived approximate region, and privacy-respecting product analytics.
  • Website visit data — only if you accept cookies on pulsehub.app: pages viewed, referrer, approximate region and device/browser type, recorded by Pulsehub and linked to a demo request if you later submit one.

03 Data obtained through Meta platforms

When a customer connects a Facebook Page, Instagram, or WhatsApp Business account to Pulsehub using Facebook Login for Business, we access — strictly to provide the features the customer enables — the following, subject to the permissions granted:

  • Page and business asset identifiers and access tokens needed to send and receive messages on the customer’s behalf.
  • Message threads and the profile name / identifier of end-users who contact the business through Messenger, Instagram, or WhatsApp.
  • Basic profile information of the connecting user, used only to authenticate the connection.

We use this data solely to deliver the messaging and automation features requested by the business customer. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or share it except as needed to run the service. Our use of information received from Meta APIs follows the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies.

04 Data obtained through LinkedIn and TikTok

When a customer connects a LinkedIn profile or Company Page, or a TikTok account, to Pulsehub to publish content, we access — strictly to provide the features the customer enables — the following, subject to the permissions granted:

  • Access tokens and account or Page identifiers needed to publish and schedule posts on the customer’s behalf.
  • Basic profile information of the connecting user (name, profile picture and account identifier), used to show which account is connected.
  • Statistics and comments on the posts published through Pulsehub, shown to the customer in their Pulsehub account.

We use this data solely to deliver the publishing and reporting features requested by the business customer. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or share it except as needed to run the service. The customer can disconnect an account at any time in Pulsehub or in the platform’s own settings; access tokens are deleted when the account is disconnected. Our use of information received from these APIs follows the LinkedIn API Terms of Use and the TikTok Developer Terms of Service.

05 How we use your data

We process data to:

  • Provide, operate, secure, and improve the Pulsehub platform.
  • Deliver omnichannel campaigns (email, SMS, Viber, WhatsApp) that our customers configure.
  • Publish and schedule social posts, and show their statistics, on the LinkedIn and TikTok accounts customers connect.
  • Authenticate users and connected accounts, and provide support.

We do not sell personal data.

06 Legal basis

We rely on the performance of our contract with customers, your consent (where required, e.g. for marketing messages and when you subscribe to the newsletter), and our legitimate interest in operating and securing the platform.

07 Sharing & sub-processors

We share data with vetted sub-processors that help us run the service — hosting, email/SMS/Viber/WhatsApp delivery, and Meta messaging APIs, and the LinkedIn and TikTok APIs — strictly to provide those services and under data-processing agreements. For the pulsehub.app website specifically:

  • Pulsehub — receives demo-request form submissions, newsletter sign-ups and, only after you accept cookies, website visit tracking.
  • Cloudflare — content delivery and security for the website, and Turnstile, the bot check on the demo and newsletter forms.

We may also disclose data where required by law.

08 Data retention & international transfers

We retain personal data for as long as the customer’s account is active, and delete or anonymise it within a reasonable period after the account or connection is closed, unless a longer period is required by law. Where data is transferred outside the EEA, we use providers offering appropriate safeguards.

09 Your rights

Under the GDPR and CCPA you may access, correct, delete, restrict, export, or object to the processing of your personal data. Where Ultrasoft acts as a processor, we forward such requests to the relevant business customer. To exercise your rights contact info@ultrasoft.mk. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

10 Data deletion

You can request deletion of your data, including any data obtained through Facebook Login, LinkedIn or TikTok, at any time. See our Data Deletion Instructions for the exact steps.

11 Newsletter

When you subscribe we store your email address and, if you provide them, your first name, company and interests, together with the page and time of your sign-up and the consent text you agreed to. We use them only to send you the newsletter you asked for. You can unsubscribe through the link in every email; we then stop sending and keep only what is needed to respect your choice. Newsletter data is kept while you are subscribed.

12 Cookies

The Pulsehub platform uses only the cookies necessary to run it and to measure aggregate usage.

When you first visit, a banner asks whether you accept analytics and marketing cookies, with equal Accept and Reject buttons. Your choice is stored in your browser’s local storage (key us-consent) so we don’t ask again; you can change it at any time with the Cookie settings link in the footer of every pulsehub.app page.

  • Before you choose, and after Reject: no tracking script is loaded and nothing is sent to Pulsehub for analytics. Only what the site needs to work is used: your theme, your consent choice and whether you subscribed to the newsletter or closed its sign-up pop-up in local storage (so the pop-up is not shown again after you subscribe, and not for 30 days after you close it, or 90 days after a second close), for this tab only the kind of site that referred you (for example a search engine) to suggest an answer in the demo form, and Cloudflare’s security cookies. The demo request form loads from Pulsehub only when you open it, without consent because you asked for it; loading it creates no contact record and sends no tracking identifier, though Pulsehub sets a technical session cookie (HttpOnly) on its tracking server. The newsletter sign-up sends what you enter to Pulsehub only when you subscribe, and loads Cloudflare Turnstile, a bot check, when you start using it.
  • Only after Accept: the Pulsehub tracking script is loaded from our own domain (/t/, forwarded to our Pulsehub tracking server). It sets cookies and local-storage entries that recognise your browser across visits, and records the pages you view.

If you withdraw consent, the tracker stops and the identifiers it can reach in your browser are deleted. You can also delete cookies through your browser settings.
