This page explains how to request deletion of your personal data held by Pulsehub (operated by Ultrasoft Systems), including any data obtained through Facebook Login for Business and connected Meta accounts (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Business), LinkedIn and TikTok accounts. We honour these requests in line with the GDPR, CCPA, the Meta Platform Terms, the LinkedIn API Terms of Use and the TikTok Developer Terms of Service.
01 What data this covers
A deletion request removes the personal data associated with you or your connected account, including account details, message identifiers, and any tokens or profile data obtained through Facebook Login, the Meta messaging APIs, or a connected LinkedIn or TikTok account.
02 Option 1 — Remove Pulsehub from your Facebook account
To revoke Pulsehub’s access at any time:
Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites → Pulsehub → Remove
- Go to your Facebook Settings & Privacy → Settings.
- Open Apps and Websites (Business Integrations).
- Select Pulsehub and choose Remove.
Removing the app revokes our access tokens. To also erase data already stored, request deletion by email below.
03 Option 2 — Remove Pulsehub from your LinkedIn account
Me → Settings & Privacy → Data privacy → Permitted services → Pulsehub → Remove
- On LinkedIn, open Me → Settings & Privacy.
- Go to Data privacy and open Permitted services.
- Select Pulsehub and choose Remove.
Removing the app revokes our access tokens. You can also disconnect the account inside Pulsehub. Menu names can differ slightly between app versions.
04 Option 3 — Remove Pulsehub from your TikTok account
Profile → Menu → Settings and privacy → Security → Apps and services → Pulsehub → Remove access
- In TikTok, open your Profile, then the Menu and Settings and privacy.
- Go to Security and open Apps and services.
- Select Pulsehub and choose Remove access.
Removing the app revokes our access tokens. You can also disconnect the account inside Pulsehub. Menu names can differ slightly between app versions.
05 Option 4 — Request deletion by email
Send an email to info@ultrasoft.mk with the subject “Data Deletion Request” and include:

- the email address or account associated with your Pulsehub, Facebook, LinkedIn or TikTok connection;
- the connected Page or account on Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Business, LinkedIn or TikTok (if applicable).
This lets us locate and permanently delete your data.
06 What happens next
We verify the request, delete the associated personal data from our active systems within 30 days, remove it from backups on their normal rotation, and send you a confirmation once the deletion is complete. We may retain the minimum data required by law (e.g. for accounting or fraud prevention).
07 If your data was uploaded by a business using Pulsehub
Where a business customer uploaded your data, that business is the data controller. We will forward your request to them and assist with the deletion. You may also contact the business directly.
